In the short term, we have posted our published price lists in PRODUCTS together with a CUSTOMER ORDER FORM whilst a full shopping cart service is being developed.

Click here and print out the order form. Please complete it, filling in as much detail as possible. It is important that you give us a contact number, so that we can contact you if we have any queries. If you do not know or cannot find a product code leave this column blank. However, you must give us a full description of the product you want to purchase, the colour and the quantity required.

Alternately, you can search for products using our OFFICE PRODUCTS CATALOGUE or by browsing the ‘online’ version www.officerange.com. Give us the product codes on the order form and we can use this information to identify the item you require.

We will always try to match your requirements to brands and products that we hold in stock locally, unless you specify otherwise. Local stock is often cheaper and more competitively priced and is sold in smaller quantities than the minimum order quantity specified in our Office Products Catalogue.

If the item you require is not held in stock locally, we will advise you that you need to make a ‘special order’ using our MAILORDER SERVICE.

If you are a retail customer please make sure you specify on the order form if you are collecting your order from the Shop or the Warehouse, or if you would like it delivered.

Orders to account customers will be delivered to the delivery address held on file, unless otherwise specified.

We will contact you if there is any query regarding your order, to confirm the order value if you are a retail customer and to discuss any delivery instructions and preferred method of payment.

RETAIL CUSTOMERS: Once you have sent us your order we will contact you to confirm the details and discuss your preferred method of payment. In general payment terms are as follows:

Within Gibraltar, you can pay for your order in advance or on collection in cash, by UK or local cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card and by debit or credit card.
Payment of orders on delivery applies only within Gibraltar. We will only accept payment in cash or by UK or local cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.
From outside Gibraltar, you can pay for your order by debit card or credit card in advance, when you place your order.
